Job summary

SG Enable is seeking an experienced policy and operations professional to lead the Operations Policy & Data Division's sector ops-tech workstream. You will collaborate with government bodies and disability sector partners to translate policy into actionable pilots and scalable solutions that improve service delivery.

A background in policymaking or ops policy with 3–5 years' experience is preferred. Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and the ability to drive projects end-to-end

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline with 3–5 years’ experience.
Experience in policymaking or ops policy preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Drive OPD’s sector ops-tech workstream across stakeholders.
Conduct needs analysis and tech scanning.
Engage disability SSAs to identify service delivery challenges.
Scope and oversee pilot projects and vendor tenders.
Define success metrics for pilots and monitor progress.
Scale validated tech to the wider disability sector.
Prepare reports and engage management for strategic decisions.
