Job summary

SG Enable is seeking a Manager, Operations Strategy to support disability employment and lifelong learning initiatives. You will conduct research, manage data, oversee fund administration and assist with strategic planning to shape data-driven policies and programmes.

You will track KPIs, prepare reports for management and engage government agencies, employers and partners to implement employment-related services and schemes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Public Policy or Social Sciences).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in research, data analytics, strategy, policy, fund administration or programme operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data visualization/reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, data and performance management: collect, clean, analyse and report on employment data; track KPIs for governance bodies.
• Strategic planning and stakeholder engagement: assist in short- and long-term workplans; engage with government agencies, employers and stakeholders.
• Budget and planning: assist in funding proposals and budget projections; manage funding relationships.
• Fund and scheme management: oversee fund planning, reporting and compliance; develop policies and processes.
• Additional responsibilities: mentor junior staff and support organisational priorities.
