Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an order processing/operations administrator to join the team. You will accurately process and enter customer orders, verify information against prescriptions and documents, and manage daily volumes with priority for urgent orders.

You will maintain records, handle incoming parcels, and prepare orders for collection or delivery while upholding SOPs, quality, and safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, independence, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, operations administration, logistics, warehouse or customer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data and order entry.
• Adaptable, willing to learn and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders accurately into the system.
• Verify order information against prescriptions and supporting documents before submission.
• Manage daily order volumes and prioritise urgent or time-sensitive orders.
• Clarify incomplete or inconsistent information and rectify order entry errors promptly.
• Maintain accurate order records, documentation and operational trackers.
• Receive incoming parcels and verify items against order, delivery or collection records.
• Prepare, check and pack completed orders for collection and delivery.
• Support stock movements, shelving, restocking and organisation of items.
• Maintain an organised and safe receiving and packing area.
• Ensure operational activities comply with established SOPs, quality and safety requirements.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Operations team.
