Job summary

ComfortDelGro Rent-A-Car Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an operations-oriented professional to manage daily hiring of Taxi & PHC vehicles, drive onboarding, and ensure smooth processes.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, handle driver inquiries, prepare reports in MS Office, and support onboarding on the ZIG platform.

Strong communication and a proactive, solution-focused mindset are essential, with minimum O-Level education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily processing of hiring out Taxi & PHC vehicles to grow revenue fleet.
• Provide driver details to authorities for PHC/taxi summons.
• Manage drivers incentives and rebates payouts.
• Coordinate hirer onboarding on ZIG platform and related processes.
• Propose and participate in User Acceptance Testing of Fleet Management System enhancements.
• Review operations processes with automation and AI support.
• Monitor driver inquiries via email and phone; assist walk-in drivers.
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure daily processing of hiring out of Taxi & PHC vehicles with target to increase revenue fleet.
• Furnishing of driver details to authorities for PHC/taxi vehicles summons.
• Manage drivers incentives and rebates payout.
• Working with different teams to ensure hirer onboarding (not limited to collection of vehicle, onboarded on ZIG platform) process is smooth.
• Propose and participate in User Acceptance Testing of internal Fleet Management System enhancements.
• Review and propose and change the current operations process with the assistance of automation and AI.
• Monitor and following up with drivers’ enquiries thru emails / calls and attend to walk in drivers queries.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports / presentation slides
• Prior experience in customer service or operations
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Possesses a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
