Job summary

Anywheel Co., Ltd. is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Driver team across islandwide operations in Singapore. You will help train drivers, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure smooth daily activities through close interaction with the Operations group.

You will coordinate task allocation, monitor driver performance, and assist with Ops App usage and ground support, enabling reliable fleet service and timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with drivers and Ops team.
• Ability to work independently and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Willingness to learn and use the Ops App and its processes.
• Prior fleet management/logistics experience is advantageous.

Work Days: 5-Day Work Week (Off Days on Weekdays)

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Day Shift) and 10pm - 7am (Night Shift)

Job Overview

The Operations Associate will support the daily operations of the Driver team, ensuring that drivers are properly trained, equipped and supported in carrying out their duties.

The role will serve as a key point of contact between the Driver and Operations teams, helping to resolve ground issues, improve driver performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driver Training & Performance

• Conduct training and onboarding for new drivers joining the team.
• Assess existing drivers' performance and identify areas requiring additional guidance or training.
• Monitor and provide feedback on the performance of drivers, including external contractors.
• Ensure drivers are familiar with and confident in using the Ops App.
• Provide guidance and refresher training on the Ops App procedures and operational workflows when required.

2. Daily Driver Operations & Ground Support

• Develop a good understanding of the Ops App task allocation system and the logic behind how tasks are generated and assigned.
• Assist drivers in understanding task allocation, including situations where tasks are not generated despite a high number of bicycles at a parking station.
• Follow up on outstanding operational issues reported by drivers on the ground.
• Identify and report parking stations that drivers are unable to access or service, including the reasons and any operational constraints.
• Provide day-to-day ground support, including assisting with the Ops App’s Maintenance Mode changes, bicycle zone adjustments and other operational matters.
• Resolve routine ground issues where possible and elevate matters requiring approval or further action to the Operations team.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure operational issues are addressed promptly and minimise disruptions to daily activities.

3. Driver & Operations Coordination

• Act as a liaison between the Driver and Operations teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Relay operational updates, instructions and feedback between both teams.
• Highlight recurring issues, workflow challenges and areas for operational improvement.
• Assist the Operations team in ensuring that drivers follow established procedures and operational requirements.
• Support other driver-related operational tasks as assigned by the Operations team.

Role Requirements

• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence (minimum requirement).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and the Operations team.
• Able to work independently and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Willing to learn and develop a strong understanding of the Ops App and its operational processes.
• Able to identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Comfortable working in both ground operations and administrative support environments.
• Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, transport or ground operations would be an advantage.
