Job summary

Stigious Pte Ltd is seeking a data-driven business analyst to lead problem solving from definition through implementation in our fast-paced transport settings. You will interrogate driver and operations data, surface opportunities, and translate insights into actionable initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organisation in Singapore.

The role requires presenting findings to senior leadership and modelling scenarios to assess impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, analytics, or related field.
• Experience solving real problems and performing analysis.
• Able to present findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Experience in ride-hailing, transport, or logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s ride-hailing and point-to-point transport industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own business problems from definition to implementation.

• Build the analytical case behind decisions: sizing, unit economics, scenarios, post-implementation review.

• Lead acquisition and retention initiatives by forming hypotheses and measuring results.
• Work in cross-functional teams to deliver projects from ideation through implementation.
• Run day-to-day supply-side operations across driver onboarding, support and compliance to high efficiency.
• Ensure operational readiness for new features, policies and programmes and accompanying docs.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Own business problems from definition through to implementation, structuring the analysis and testing your hypothesis along the way
• Interrogate operational and driver behaviour data to surface trends, size opportunities, and translate insights into initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Track the competitive and regulatory landscape, including competitor moves, pricing and incentive strategies, and LTA and other regulatory developments, and translate what you find into recommendations for the business
• Build the analytical case behind decisions: opportunity sizing, unit economics, scenario modelling, and honest post-implementation review of whether the change actually worked
• Develop deep knowledge of the industry and the driver journey, and use it to design and refine our value propositions
• Lead acquisition and retention initiatives by forming the hypothesis, designing the campaign or intervention, measuring the result, and iterating
• Work in cross-functional teams to deliver projects from ideation through implementation, influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Run day-to-day supply-side operations across driver onboarding, support and compliance to a high standard of efficiency and quality, keeping operational data and documentation accurate enough to make decisions on
• Ensure operational readiness for new features, policies and programmes, including regulatory operations and the supporting documentation
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive follow-ups and ongoing support

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, analytics or a related discipline
• Experience in a role that required real problem solving and analysis, such as business operations, strategy, consulting or analytics
• Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior ones
• Previous experience in ride-hailing, transport, or logistics is a plus
• Familiarity with Singapore's ride-hailing and point-to-point transport industry is a plus
