Job summary

ONEO2PLANTS PTE. LTD. is hiring an Operations Officer to lead our Singapore operations, oversee daily scheduling, and ensure efficient manpower deployment across the East Area.

You will train and mentor team members, step in hands-on when needed, and drive a culture of excellence in a growing, green-focused company, with standard hours Mon–Fri and occasional OT.

Qualifications

• Strong planner with good knowledge of Singapore roads.
• Confident leader who can command and motivate a team.
• Hands-on and willing to do OT when required.
• Passionate about plants and horticulture.
• Computer literate with a valid driving license.
• Experience in cleaning industry an advantage.
