Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-qualified Horticulture/Landscape professional to oversee day-to-day maintenance at multiple sites.

You will supervise planting, pruning, watering and plant health monitoring, coordinate with landscape workers, liaise with clients and contractors, plan manpower and daily schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across the sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests, diseases and poor growth.

Salary: $2500 - $3000

Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Saturday)

Job Scope

• Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests, diseases and poor growth.
• Coordinate with landscape workers and ensure maintenance works are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure landscapes are properly maintained.
• Manage and monitor the use of plants, tools, equipment and horticultural materials.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams on site-related matters.
• Assist in planning manpower, work schedules and daily operational activities.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare basic site reports and update management on work progress and any issues.
• Perform other horticulture and operational duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 2 years of relavant working experience.
