MKH Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore. Job Summary

The Cleaning Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and managing cleaning operations across multiple sites. This role ensures that all cleaning services are delivered efficiently, safely, and consistently in accordance with company standards, client requirements, contractual obligations, and Singapore workplace safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management - Oversee day‑to‑day cleaning activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manpower Planning - Plan deployment, rosters, shift arrangements, and cleaning assignments.
• Staff Supervision - Lead Cleaning Supervisors, Team Leaders, and cleaning personnel; ensure punctuality, discipline, and productivity.
• Training & Development - Conduct on‑the‑job training on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, chemical handling, customer service, and safe work practices.
• Quality Control - Perform regular site inspections and audits; uphold hygiene standards, especially in kitchens and dishwashing areas.
• Customer Service - Address client feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Safety Compliance - Ensure all cleaning activities follow WSH guidelines, risk‑control measures, and company policies.
• Incident & Complaint Handling - Investigate accidents, service issues, and complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Administrative Duties - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, inspection records, manpower updates, and KPI reports.
• Equipment & Chemical Management - Oversee proper usage, storage, maintenance, and servicing of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Operational Support - Step in to perform cleaning tasks during manpower shortages to ensure service continuity.
• Client Engagement - Attend meetings, address operational issues, and respond to service requests promptly.
• Cost & Resource Monitoring - Track overtime, manpower utilization, consumables, and equipment expenses.
• Recruitment Support - Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and disciplinary matters.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance cleaning methods, productivity, and service quality.
