j & s management pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day cleaning service operations, ensuring manpower is deployed smoothly across client sites.

This field-based, results-oriented role suits someone independent, resourceful and able to manage staff and resolve issues. You will monitor attendance, handle last-minute replacements, liaise with clients, and ensure service standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant operations or supervisory experience.
• Valid Singapore driving licence (Class 3/3A) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between client sites and work flexible hours.
• Hands-on and able to manage frontline staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manpower deployment and ensure scheduled jobs are properly covered.
• Work closely with Sales & Operations Admin who manages daily staff schedules.
• Handle last-minute manpower issues such as medical leave, absenteeism, lateness and urgent replacements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, conduct and work performance.
• Handle staff disciplinary and operational matters when required.
• Conduct site visits and follow up on operational or service issues.
• Liaise with staff and clients to resolve ground operational matters.
• Arrange and replenish cleaning consumables and supplies at client sites.
• Carry out operational errands and deliveries when required.
• Assist with staff deployment, redeployment and manpower planning.
• Provide guidance and operational support to cleaners.
• Ensure company procedures and service standards are followed.
• Report significant manpower, staff or client issues to management.
• Perform other operational duties as required.

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Senior Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services and ensure smooth manpower deployment across our client sites.

This is a field-based and results-oriented role suitable for someone who is independent, resourceful and comfortable managing staff and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manpower deployment and ensure scheduled jobs are properly covered
• Work closely with the Sales & Operations Admin, who manages and prepares the daily staff schedule
• Handle last-minute manpower issues such as medical leave, absenteeism, lateness and urgent replacements
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, conduct and work performance
• Handle staff disciplinary and operational matters when required
• Conduct site visits and follow up on operational or service issues
• Liaise with staff and clients to resolve ground operational matters
• Arrange and replenish cleaning consumables and supplies at client sites

Working Arrangement

• 6-day work week with a designated rest day
• Flexible working arrangement based on operational requirements

• Candidates must be flexible and prepared to respond to urgent operational matters when required
• Some days may require early or after-hours attention depending on manpower and operational needs

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, cleaning, logistics, manpower coordination or a supervisory role preferred
• Comfortable supervising and communicating with frontline workers
• Able to handle staff attendance, punctuality and disciplinary matters professionally
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to react calmly to last-minute manpower issues
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Hands-on and willing to travel between client sites
• Responsible, dependable and able to take ownership of operational matters
• Flexible with working arrangements when operational situations require attention
• Basic computer and WhatsApp proficiency
• Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is advantageous but not essential
