Job summary

GOUGH RECRUITMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to drive operations at a premier mixed-use development, ensuring tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

You will lead daily FM activities, optimize M&E maintenance, manage vendor performance, and collaborate with authorities and consultants to enhance asset value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities or property management experience in commercial/retail.
• Expert knowledge of M&E systems and maintenance protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through hands-on management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities management operations and supervise a team of technicians to optimize maintenance programs for M&E systems.
• Manage tenant engagement lifecycle, coordinating fit-outs, handovers, and fostering strong relationships to ensure superior tenant experience.
• Drive asset enhancement initiatives and upgrades to increase the property’s long-term value and market appeal.
• Act as the primary liaison with authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Refine and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and manage vendor performance.
• Oversee contract management and procurement processes.

• Manage tenant engagement lifecycle, coordinating fit‑outs, handovers, and fostering strong relationships to ensure superior tenant experience.

• Act as the primary liaison with authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

• Oversee critical administrative functions including contract management and procurement processes.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or property management within commercial or retail environments.
• Expert knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and maintenance protocols specific to commercial offices or retail properties.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in standard office software and experience with building management systems.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills demonstrated through hands‑on management.
