Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations, facilities management, or building services within retail, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and building operations.
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance service providers.
• Familiarity with statutory requirements and property compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the operation and maintenance of all M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire services, plumbing, and vertical transportation systems
• Conduct routine inspections of building services and common areas to ensure operational reliability and compliance
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works with service providers and contractors
• Investigate technical faults and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to tenants and customers
• Support fit-out and reinstatement works from a technical and compliance perspective
• Assist with asset enhancement projects, refurbishment works, and CAPEX initiatives
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
• Monitor contractor performance, service quality, and maintenance records
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and operational documentation
