Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and safety compliance at our Anson Road site.

You will ensure all systems run smoothly, supervise maintenance teams, and coordinate contractors to deliver reliable facilities services. Responsibilities include FSM coordination with SCDF, budget oversight, and performance reporting, while maintaining high customer satisfaction for tenants and owners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate, preferably registered with SCDF.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building facilities.
• Ensure all building systems and equipment are functioning properly.
• Monitor building performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works with contractors.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repair and maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, and fire protection systems.
• Lead facilities and maintenance teams and allocate daily duties.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and maintenance expenses.
• Liaise with owners, tenants, clients, and management committees.

• Working Hours : 9am-6pm
• Working Location: Anson Road (Tanjong Pagar)
• Salary : $5,000-$6,000 (Depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities / Job Scope

1. Building Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities.
• Ensure all building systems and equipment are functioning properly.
• Monitor building performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

2. Facilities & Maintenance Management

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repair and maintenance.
• Ensure facilities such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, and fire protection systems are properly maintained.

3. Fire Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Act as the appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM), where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with SCDF fire safety regulations and requirements.
• Conduct regular fire safety inspections and coordinate fire drills.
• Maintain fire safety records and ensure emergency response procedures are in place.
• Coordinate with SCDF and relevant authorities on fire safety matters.

4. Contractor & Vendor Management

• Manage contractors, vendors, and outsourced service providers.
• Review service performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor maintenance costs, quotations, and service agreements.

5. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead and supervise facilities and maintenance teams.
• Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure sufficient manpower and provide guidance to the operations team.

6. Budget & Administrative Management

• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and maintenance expenses.
• Review quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and service contracts.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and management updates.

7. Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with building owners, tenants, clients, and management committees.
• Handle complaints, feedback, and operational issues.
• Ensure a high standard of facilities management and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate, preferably registered with SCDF.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building or facilities management.
• Experience in managing building maintenance, M&E systems, and contractors.
