Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Operation Manager to oversee building operations and facilities management at Anson Road (Tanjong Pagar). The role manages daily operations, system performance, and contractor coordination, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a Diploma/degree in FM or related fields, FSM certificate, and 3–5 years of relevant FM experience. Salary ranges SGD 5,000–6,000 depending on experience. 5-day workweek, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate, preferably registered with SCDF.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building or facilities management.
• Experience in managing building maintenance, M&E systems, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities.
• Ensure all building systems and equipment are functioning properly.
• Monitor building performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works with contractors.
• Coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, and fire protection systems.
• Lead facilities and maintenance teams; assign duties and monitor staff performance.
