Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to lead daily operations and oversee maintenance of building services at our Singapore office location. This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

You will supervise M&E systems, coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with fire safety and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate, preferably SCDF registered.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience with building maintenance, M&E systems, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building facilities.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with SCDF fire safety regulations and coordinate fire drills.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers; review performance and costs.
• Lead facilities and maintenance teams; assign duties and supervise staff.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and maintenance expenses; report regularly.
• Liaise with building owners, tenants, and management committees; handle issues.

Working days : 5 days ( Mon - Fri)

Working Hours : 9am-6pm

Working Location: Anson Road (Tanjong Pagar)

Salary : $5,000-$6,000 (Depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities / Job Scope

• Building Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities. Ensure all building systems and equipment are functioning properly. Monitor building performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Facilities & Maintenance Management: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repair and maintenance. Ensure facilities such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, and fire protection systems are properly maintained.
• Fire Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Act as the appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM), where applicable. Ensure compliance with SCDF fire safety regulations and requirements. Conduct regular fire safety inspections and coordinate fire drills. Maintain fire safety records and ensure emergency response procedures are in place. Coordinate with SCDF and relevant authorities on fire safety matters.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Manage contractors, vendors, and outsourced service providers. Review service performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Monitor maintenance costs, quotations, and service agreements.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise facilities and maintenance teams. Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance. Ensure sufficient manpower and provide guidance to the operations team.
• Budget & Administrative Management: Prepare and monitor operational budgets and maintenance expenses. Review quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and service contracts. Prepare monthly operational reports and management updates.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with building owners, tenants, clients, and management committees. Handle complaints, feedback, and operational issues. Ensure a high standard of facilities management and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
