Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee daily building operations at Anson Road, Tanjong Pagar. This full-time role emphasizes facilities management, contractor oversight, and budget control.

You will act as Fire Safety Manager (FSM) where applicable, ensuring SCDF compliance, coordinating fire drills, and leading maintenance teams to meet safety standards. Salary ranges from SGD 5,000 to 6,000 monthly, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate, preferably registered with SCDF.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building or facilities management.
• Experience in managing building maintenance, M&E systems, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities.
• Ensure all building systems and equipment are functioning properly.
• Monitor building performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repair and maintenance.
• Ensure facilities such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, and fire protection systems are properly maintained.
• Act as the appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM), where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with SCDF fire safety regulations and requirements.
• Conduct regular fire safety inspections and coordinate fire drills.
• Maintain fire safety records and ensure emergency response procedures are in place.
• Coordinate with SCDF and relevant authorities on fire safety matters.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and outsourced service providers.
• Review service performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor maintenance costs, quotations, and service agreements.
• Lead and supervise facilities and maintenance teams.
• Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance.Ensure sufficient manpower and provide guidance to the operations team.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and maintenance expenses.
• Review quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and service contracts.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and management updates.
• Liaise with building owners, tenants, clients, and management committees.
• Handle complaints, feedback, and operational issues.
• Ensure a high standard of facilities management and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities / Job Scope
