Job summary

CHOICE INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Cleaning Supervisor to monitor and coordinate daily cleaning operations, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with hygiene standards.

The role involves hands-on cleaning with various machinery, staff coaching, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. You will lead a small team, manage rotating day/night shifts including after hours and weekends, and address on-site issues and customer feedback promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, including after hours and weekends.
• Hands-on cleaning with different types of machinery.
• Class 2A driving licence is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature and responsible attitude.
• Experience leading a team or people management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery.
• Provide on the job training and coach staff to meet contractual requirements.
• Ensure environment and premises are maintained at high hygiene standards.
• Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.
• Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule.
• Inspect job sites for proper cleaning.
• Resolve on-site operational issues.
• Respond to customer complaints/feedback with fast action.
• Manage monthly budget for orders and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
