Job summary

A&S GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily construction activities and coordinate project resources across sites. You will plan manpower, manage schedules, and ensure safety and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, liaising with project managers, site supervisors, clients and subcontractors, and preparing operational reports to boost efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in operations management.
• Knowledge of construction site operations and manpower management.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle operational issues.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field are preferred.
