Job summary

HARRIS BROTHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Singapore to lead and optimize construction projects, including tunneling works. You will drive cost-effective operations, implement best practices, manage budgets, and oversee procurement and staffing. Strong leadership, governance, and strategic planning are essential for success.

You will also analyze financial data to improve profitability, ensure compliance, and enhance customer service quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years experience in Construction, tunneling works.
• Must have Construction related certificates.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to set strategic and operational objectives.
• Analytical skills to examine financial data and improve profitability.
