Job summary

Avr Marine in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator to supervise construction milestones, manage activities and ensure smooth progress of operations.

You will monitor subcontractors, coordinate works, enforce safety and regulatory requirements, and report daily to the Operation Manager. Strong project management, team leadership, and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in site coordination.
• Excellent project management skills and team leadership.
• Working knowledge of computer software (MS Office, POS).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and English language.

Responsibilities

• Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements and safety related to project.
• Coordination and sequencing of works of different sub-contractors.
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
• Clear communication to external parties including client, sub-contractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
• Report daily operation to Operation Manager
