Job summary

avr marine pte. ltd. is seeking a capable Site Coordinator to supervise and lead the construction team, ensuring milestones are met and activities progress smoothly on site.

You will monitor subcontractors, enforce safety and regulatory requirements, coordinate works among trades, report to the Operations Manager, and maintain clear communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of site coordination experience.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Team leadership.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
• Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements and safety related to project.
• Coordination and sequencing of works of different sub-contractors.
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
• Clear communication to external parties including client, sub-contractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
• Report daily operation to Operation Manager
