Job summary

EQUE Pte Ltd in Central, Singapore is seeking an operations manager to develop business plans, policies, and budgets for multiple outlets, while partnering with HR on staffing and onboarding. You will lead KPI delivery, manage procurement, inventory, and COGS, and ensure health and safety across sites.

Minimum diploma with 3–5 years of managerial experience in F&B is required. Salary SGD 4,000–4,500 with meals provided, and opportunities to drive efficiency and growth across outlets.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge in managing multiple outlets, hiring, training, budgeting, and management.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, people influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers
• Able to influence people and lead by example

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan, policies, and process, as well as financial budget
• Work closely with HR team on staffing matters

• Establish measurable KPIs and lead team to achieve the KPIs and goals
• Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure procurement, inventory, quality, and COGS
• Manage daily operations of all outlets within budget and to the highest standards
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Develop and establish financial budget and plans
• Resolve any escalated issues or feedback from customers, vendors, and supplier to ensure customers’ satisfaction
• Prepare daily reports and insights for weekly meeting with the higher management
• Oversees all outlets in-charged P&L to ensure cost efficiency
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
