Job summary

NABAO PTE. LTD. is seeking a permanent, full-time F&B Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service and food quality, and maintain standards. You will plan staff schedules, deploy the team, and supervise training to boost productivity.

The role requires coordinating purchasing, inventory control, and handling customer feedback while ensuring hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance. Shift work and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant F&B operations or management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience with inventory control and customer service.

• Plan staff schedules, deploy team members and monitor attendance.
• Train, guide and evaluate employees to improve service and productivity.
• Monitor sales performance, manpower costs, food costs, stock levels and wastage.
• Coordinate purchasing, inventory control and supplier matters.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, licensing requirements and company procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant food and beverage operations or management experience.
• Good team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with outlet operations, inventory control and customer service.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Working Arrangement

• Permanent, full-time position.
• 6 working days and 44 hours per week.
• Shift work required.
