Job summary

Adeptwerks in Singapore is seeking a diligent Logistics Coordinator to support deliveries, inventory, and on-site event setups. You will liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure timely, accurate movements and maintain rigorous records of stock and shipments.

The role requires a Class 3/3A driving license, a hardworking attitude, and a proactive approach to improving operational processes while complying with safety standards.

• Logistics coordination for delivery, collection, and setup per schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with warehouse organization and procurement activities.
• Support on-site project and event setups and coordination as needed.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory movements, and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Coordination – Support delivery, collection, and setup arrangements according to project schedules and inventory movement requirements.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory tracking, and support warehouse organization and procurement activities.
• Project & Event Support – Assist the operations team with event/project setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination when required.
• Operational Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve operational processes and productivity.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of deliveries, setups, inventory movements, and other operational activities.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure all logistics and operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
