Job summary

Adeptwerks PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to support deliveries, setups, and inventory movements aligned with project schedules.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and the operations team to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and efficient warehouse activity. Responsibilities include inventory tracking, event and project support, and ongoing process improvements. A Class 3/3A driving license is required along with a hardworking attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate logistics activities and communicate with suppliers.
• Experience tracking inventory and supporting procurement workflows.
• Ability to support events and projects on-site.
• Focus on identifying process improvements and productivity enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination – support delivery, collection, and setup per schedules and inventory movement.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination – communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors for timely deliveries.
• Inventory Management – monitor stock levels, assist with tracking and warehouse organization.
• Project & Event Support – assist operations with setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination.
• Operational Improvement – identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements.
• Documentation & Reporting – maintain records of deliveries, setups, and movements.
• Compliance & Safety – ensure activities follow policies, safety standards, and regulations.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Coordination – Support delivery, collection, and setup arrangements according to project schedules and inventory movement requirements.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory tracking, and support warehouse organization and procurement activities.
• Project & Event Support – Assist the operations team with event/project setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination when required.
• Operational Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve operational processes and productivity.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of deliveries, setups, inventory movements, and other operational activities.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure all logistics and operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
