Responsibilities
- Business Administration Operations

- Perform safety and health risk assessment
- Suggest WSH solutions to address localised shortcomings in existing processes
- Technology and Innovation
- Assist application of latest technology to improve operations in own work areas
- Operate technology or electronic tools and devices
- Transportation Operations
- Perform transport operations within resources and cost allocation
- Perform delivery and pick‑up operations
- Deliver logistics services that meet customer requirements
- Perform maintenance of transportation facilities, equipment, infrastructure and systems
- Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers
- Operate heavy transportation vehicles
- Operate cargo‑lifting and rigging equipment
- Warehousing, Cargo and Material Handling
- Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate arrangement or rotation of warehouse cargo and items
- Perform warehouse security operations in adherence to plans
- Perform stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
- Execute operations according to different warehousing situations and contingencies
- Track cargo‑handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
- Coordinate warehouse operations in accordance to 5S (sort, set, shine, standardise, sustain) techniques
- Apply methods and techniques to handle dangerous goods
- Apply methods and techniques to handle time and temperature‑sensitive cargo
- Perform transhipment and transloading operations
- Facilitate compliance of height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving and arranging of items on pallets according to storage plan
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N levels with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operation
- Possess relevant driving licence and 1 to 2 years of driving experience (preferred)
