Job summary

ZESSENTIALS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics & Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse, delivery and installation tasks. This hands-on role suits someone who learns quickly, works well in a team, and is comfortable with physically demanding duties.

You will handle loading, unloading, packing, stock checks, and assist with customer site installations while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Assist with picking, packing and preparing orders for delivery.
• Support delivery and installation at customer sites as required.
• Receive and check incoming stocks and maintain stock accuracy.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe, and assist with inventory tasks.

Job description

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Logistics& Operations Assistant to support our daily warehouse, delivery andinstallation operations.

This is a hands-on and physically demanding role suitable forsomeone who enjoys practical work, is willing to learn and works well in ateam.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of goods
• Carry and handle heavy/bulky items safely
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for delivery
• Assist with delivery and installation at customer sites
• Receive and check incoming stocks
• Assist with container unloading when required
• Stock arrangement and warehouse organisation
• Ensure correct items and quantities are prepared for deliveries
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Support daily logistics and operational duties
• Communicate professionally with customers when onsite
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to carry heavy/bulky items
• Comfortable with physically demanding and hands-on work
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well in a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work night / extended hours when operationally required
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
