Job summary

Charles & Keith (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an organised logistics/administrative assistant to support procurement of packaging materials and touchpoints. The role involves coordinating quotations, sampling, order submission, and end-to-end communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

You will also coordinate seasonal sample orders with global PR & Marketing, work with manufacturing on fulfilment, and manage budget consolidations, POs, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel sought, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Assist department with sourcing of packaging materials and branded touchpoints, coordinating quotations, sampling, orders and delivery.
• Coordinate seasonal sample orders from global PR & Marketing teams, liaising with manufacturing for fulfilment.
• Handle general admin duties including monthly budget consolidations, claim submissions, POs and invoice processing.
• Manage department sample inventory and support warehouse/logistics for regulator/compliance of deliveries.
• Facilitate shipments and liaise with local and global courier services.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
