Job summary

CT INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics assistant/executive in Singapore to manage online orders and coordinate delivery with third-party providers. This hands-on role includes packing, invoicing, and admin support for the operations team.

Fresh ITE or diploma graduates are welcome. Basic Excel and good organizational skills are required, with ability to lift up to 10kg. Office in Bukit Batok area and training provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh ITE or diploma graduates welcomed.
• Basic Excel skills and computer literacy required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities expected.
• Able and willing to perform packing and admin tasks (up to 10kg).
• Driving license would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Admin work related to online platforms (Shopee / Lazada / own website).
• Ensure pricing and stock accuracy by performing random stock checks.
• Prepare invoices and process eCommerce daily orders (print Waybills and pack orders).
• Assist with admin data entry and general logistics tasks.
