Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administration, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating procurement and logistics activities to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain and update records of inventory, supplier contracts, and order tracking.
• Support demand forecasting by liaising with various departments to anticipate supply needs.
• Plan and manage manpower scheduling to ensure efficient resource allocation and workload distribution.
• Prepare and maintain risk management documentation to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in procurement and logistics operations.
