Qualifications

• 3–5 years in F&B or hospitality with frontline experience
• Organised, self-driven; proactive and able to work without direction
• Willing to wear multiple hats across ops, marketing and partnerships

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day cafe and bar operations, including rostering and service standards
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control
• Support food revenue growth strategy and events coordination
• Own social media content pipeline and coordinate KOL activations
• Lead brand activations and partnerships programs
• Be the go-to person management trusts to keep things moving when they’re not in the room
