Job summary

Gentle Giant Ventures Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Operations Manager to oversee multiple hospitality outlets, ensuring each venue meets the same standard of excellence and scalable performance across the portfolio.

You will partner with management to drive operational consistency, build scalable systems, and coach venue leaders. This is a strategic yet hands-on role connecting leadership with on-the-ground teams, with a track record of managing multiple sites and delivering results.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in F&B or hospitality operations.
• Experience managing more than one venue simultaneously.
• Proven P&L accountability and commercial acumen.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Systems-minded with ability to build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple venues ensuring consistent service standards.
• Develop and coach venue managers and ops leads.
• Own group P&L levers across outlets.
• Drive readiness for new venue openings with training and systems.
• Create SOPs and training frameworks across portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to prevent gaps.
• Escalation point for operational issues across venues.
