Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a highly capable Group Operations & Growth Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of F&B concepts in Singapore. This hands‑on role ensures smooth, profitable operations across multiple outlets and drives new projects and acquisitions under the founder.

You will lead daily operations, manage costs and margins, establish SOPs, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and report performance to drive sustainable growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of operations experience, preferably in F&B or multi‑outlet environments.
• Proven experience managing teams, costs and outlet profitability.
• Strong financial understanding including P&L, food and labour costs, budgeting.
• Highly organised with strong follow‑through and communication skills.
• Able to manage several businesses and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all outlets and concepts.
• Ensure service, food quality, cleanliness and customer experience.
• Establish SOPs, checklists and reporting systems.
• Control labour, food costs, wastage and operating expenses.
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with chefs and managers to improve margins.
