Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Experience in customer service and supervising people.
• Strong problem-solving and sound judgement.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining service standards.
• Guide and support customer service staff, coordinate responsibilities and monitor follow-through.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify operational issues, investigate underlying causes and implement practical solutions.
• Assess how changes to policies, services or procedures affect workflows and staff responsibilities.
• Communicate operational changes promptly, ensuring affected staff understand what is required and implement changes consistently.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain smooth workflows and a positive customer experience.
• Manage competing priorities, track outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain clear operational procedures and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Keep the General Manager informed of progress, recurring issues and matters requiring decisions.
