The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and a flexible shift pattern including night shifts and overtime on weekends/public holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operational duties are completed ahead of schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service and oversee staff to uphold standards.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Assist in planning staff schedules and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Accept night shift, split shift, and OT on weekends/public holidays.
