Qualifications

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in events.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead teams and take-charge during shifts.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
• Willingness to be hands-on and support operational tasks directly.
• Added advantage: Forklift Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of operational tasks and ensure proper handover procedures.
• Actively participate in tasks when required to support team performance.
• Monitor daily workflows to maintain efficiency and timeliness.
• Ensure accountability of staff during assigned shifts and train new staff.
• Lead shift debriefs to review performance and address issues.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure items are stored properly.
• Support QC checks on-site and resolve gaps in service delivery.
• Act as liaison between OIC and Duty Manager and provide timely updates.
• Assist in salary payout processes and handle ad-hoc assignments.
