Job summary

Bare Associates International Incorporated in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Account Executive / Project Coordination Assistant to support our Operations team in project delivery, evaluator coordination, client follow-up, and operational execution across Singapore-based programs.

You will help schedule evaluations, recruit evaluators, manage reports, and maintain strong client communications in a fast-paced, international environment with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualification such as Nitec, Higher Nitec, diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship, coordination, customer service, administrative, or project support experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and ensure evaluations are completed accurately and on time.
• Post required evaluations on the job board and maintain weekly project calendar.
• Coordinate assignment and scheduling of evaluations with evaluators.
• Maintain regular communication with evaluators to confirm assignments and resolve queries.
• Assist Key Account Manager to coordinate and update clients; respond to client requests within one business day.
