qlub is scaling rapidly across markets and seeks an Operations Intern to drive growth in Singapore from day one. You will onboard merchants, coordinate training, and build strong relationships to turn frictionless payments into measurable growth for restaurants.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Great communicator with internal teams and external partners.
• Eager to learn and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new F&B merchants onto the qlub platform.
• Organize and coordinate merchant training sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants and optimize usage.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to provide feedback.
• Monitor platform integrations and report merchant usage; assist with ad hoc tasks.
