Qualifications

• Pursuing Finance/Accounting/Business degree or diploma.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and able to learn financial tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation & Accuracy: Support daily and monthly reconciliation of transactions and merchant payouts.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies with internal teams and partners.
• Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and generate monthly invoices for merchants with accuracy.
• Payment Tracking: Track payment flows and settlement status to maintain cash flow.
• Merchant Liaison: Serve as contact for merchants on billing and payout queries.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and payment partners on data and settlements.
• Collections: Verify incoming payments vs invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
• Records Management: Maintain audit-ready records for reconciliation and invoicing.
