Job summary

qlub, a fast-scaling restaurant tech company, seeks a People Intern in Singapore to own HR data, documentation, onboarding, and recruitment support from day one. You will work closely with operators and partners across markets to build a culture of trust, clear processes, and real growth from the start.

This role offers exposure to regional projects and cross-border collaboration. You will maintain data accuracy, run monthly reports, support onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate interviews;

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR data and reporting as the trusted source of truth for people data.
• Own documentation and compliance, contracts, invoices, and organized record-keeping.
• Design onboarding experiences and manage offboarding with care.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and manage pipelines.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and regional people operations projects.
