Job summary

Union Security is seeking a reliable and proactive operations professional to manage day-to-day security operations across allocated sites and grow into a leadership role. You'll conduct on-the-job training, oversee SOP refresher sessions, handle workplace investigations, plan training schedules, and prepare weekly reports while maintaining a pool of relief Officers.

Experience in security, valid PLRD license, and own transport are required; strong communication and MS Office skills are

• Minimun SSO Rank & above.
• Valid PLRD Licence and own transport.
• Min 2 years of working experience in the security industry.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel to the allocated sites.

• Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirement.
