Job summary

ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Security Supervisor to lead by example, uphold global security standards, and coordinate daily shift operations and staff briefings.

The role involves reporting operational information, supervising posts, and ensuring proper coverage while supporting training and development of security staff on shift.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Senior Security Supervisor.
• Monitor and Review Security Operations certified.
• 1 notification available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of an excellent security culture, leading by example, setting standards (dress, deportment etc.), whilst displaying passion and enthusiasm for the role.
• Gather and report operational information from daily shifts.
• Conduct and document staff briefings and provide accurate scheduling details.
• Track and provide a shift update to Security Operations Supervisor (SOS) including significant operational events and requirements, team meetings, communications, logistics, DCST officer interviews conducted and training completed.
• Communication of activities on-site to team members.
• Ensure all security posts are manned in line with global standards guarding model.
• Be prepared to provide support and relief to posts where required.
• Brief SOS on incidents – potential or realized.
• Conduct post visits and staff engagement in line with site outlined requirements.
• Ensure that global standards as outlined by client are carried out on post.
• Assess the proficiency and effectiveness of security staff to ensure they are meeting vendor and client expectations.
• Primary point of contact (POC) between site security management and security officers.
• Uniformed security personnel as per global standards.
• Assist the SOS in the daily supervision of the Data Centre Security Team (DCST).
• Support the training and development of allocated security staff during shifts.
• Monitor and report on the completion of assigned security activities each day.
