Job summary

Saint 7 International in Singapore is seeking a diligent Control Room Officer to monitor CCTV and alarms, manage access control, and respond to security incidents across sites.

You will rotate shifts (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am), maintain attendance records, generate compliance reports, and assist the Operations Team with deployments and investigations. Experience with control room functions is a plus; must hold PRD Security Officer License with RTT and be proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PRD Security Officer License with RTT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with security technology.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts (8am–8pm or 8pm–8am).
• Experience in control room functions is a bonus.
• On-site work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and alarms for all sites.
• Respond to system alarms and fault indicators per protocol.
• Administer keys and electronic access system and generate reports.
• Perform security duties, access control, patrolling and crowd management.
• Attend enquiries via email and phone.
• Conduct physical patrols of the premises.
• Support incidents, evacuations and escalations as required.
• Assist Operations with internal investigations.
• Cover Security Concierge duties when needed.
• Understand site Security Manuals and Access Control procedures.

Control Room Officer

Responsibilities

• Managing attendance records for all UNION Employees.
• Monitoring CCTV and alarms for all sites.
• Responding to system alarms and fault indicators in accordance with protocols.
• Managing and administering the keys and electronic access system for card access, provisions, and access transaction reports in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Performing security duties, access control, patrolling, and crowd management for events when needed.
• Attending and responding to enquiries via email and calls.
• Conducting physical patrols of the premises when needed.
• Supporting and responding to any security incidents, assisting in evacuation, and escalating in accordance with standard protocol and relevant departments.
• Assisting the Operations Team with any internal investigation when required.
• Performing the functions of Security Concierge Officers when required.
• Acquiring a good understanding of all the sites' Security Manuals, Access Control procedures, and Security Standards.
• Overseeing recruitment and coverage for manpower shortfall.
• Assisting the Operations Team in planning and managing site deployment.
• Preparing various operational reports.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly compliance summary reports.
• Overseeing compliance matters.
• Assisting in other duties as assigned by Director Operations/CEO.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Police Regulatory Department (PRD) Security Officer License with RTT (Minimum SSO Rank).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required.
• Must be tech‑savvy.
• Must be able to commit to rotating shifts.
• Experience in Control Room functions is a bonus.
• Working hours: 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am.
