Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to oversee deployment of security personnel across project sites. You will plan rosters, ensure compliance with company procedures, manage client communications, and coordinate with HR for recruitment needs.

The role involves on-site command, control, and supervision, training of security staff, incident management, and reporting to HQ.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and rostering of security personnel
• Ensure all employed security personnel adhere and perform as per project requirement, company procedures and regulations
• Communicate and resolve any matters highlighted by clients or security personnel onsite timely - Oversee deployment and liaison with HR department on recruitment
• Manage pool of reliefs and patrolling officers
• Conduct performance checks, briefings and ensure implementation of new policies and procedures
• Oversee and ensure matters highlighted by clients are resolved fulfilling service level agreements through regular meetings
• Conduct in-house training for security personnel for projects under his/her sector
• Deliver and collect any logistics of documents to HQ and sites
• Any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager / Director
• Manage deployment at operation sites
• On site command, control & supervision
• Set up new projects sites
• Client Management
• Put up management reports
• Incident management
