GROUP SECURITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive in Singapore to manage daily security operations, deploy manpower, and train officers.

You will also cover site duties when needed to maintain service standards and ensure smooth transitions for new assignments. The role requires clear English communication, strong organisation, and the ability to travel and cover shifts as required. Prior security experience is preferred, with training provided and opportunities for career

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations and manpower deployment scheduling.
• Train and brief security officers on SOPs, post duties, safety, and regulations.
• Coordinate smooth take-over of new client assignments and site handovers.
• Cover security sites and shifts to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain operational records, attendance, incident reports, and logs.
• Liaise with clients, guards, and management to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure operations comply with licensing rules and MOM regulations.

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE -Security Agency | Singapore

We are a security agency seeking a capable Operations Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in managing daily operations, deploying manpower, training security officers, and ensuring smooth take-over of new assignments. This is a hands-on role where you will also cover site duties when needed, ensuring our service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations and manpower deployment scheduling
• Train and brief security officers on SOPs, post duties, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate smooth take-over of new client assignments and site handovers
• Cover security sites and shifts when required to ensure service continuity
• Maintain operational records, attendance, incident reports, and communication logs
• Liaise with clients, guards, and management to resolve operational matters promptly
• Ensure all operations comply with licensing rules, MOM regulations, and agency standards

Requirements

• Able to speak and write reasonable English clearly - for reports, instructions, and communication
• Organised, responsible, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Willing to travel, visit sites, and cover shifts as needed
• Prior security or operations experience preferred; relevant security certification an advantage
• Committed, reliable, strong integrity, good interpersonal skills
