Job summary

Reachfield Security and Safety Management Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive/Security Executive to join our Elite Team in Singapore. You will be part of the Quick Respond Team (QRT) or Elite team, responding to incidents and emergencies in allocated zones.

You will support Operations Managers in day‑to‑day operations, deployment of security personnel, and ensuring client satisfaction across various buildings, shopping centres, offices, clubs, residential premises, schools, and factories

Qualifications

• Possess PWM Security Supervisor (SS) or Senior Security Supervisor (SSS) or CSO; if not, be prepared to attend courses.
• Experience in customer service or uniformed services is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with clients and security officers.
• Own bike/transport is preferred.
• Be prepared to stand by 24 hours and respond to emergencies.
• Willing to stand in as SSS/SS/SSO when needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents/emergencies in allocated zones as part of QRT or Elite team.
• Assist Operations Manager in day‑to‑day operations and deployment of security personnel.
• Provide support for Operations Managers and Site Supervisors; work 12‑hour shifts if required.
• Suggest improvements to security measures to management.
• Conduct OJT training for new hires and refresher courses on bomb threats and customer service.
• Coordinate with clients' management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carry out investigations and write reports.
• Make rounds and checks at sites and gather feedback weekly.
• Attend weekly meetings and contribute to service improvements.
• Perform other duties related to site operations.

About the role

Join Reachfield Security as an Operations Executive/Security Executive in our Elite Team. You will be part of the Reachfield Quick Respond Team (QRT) or Elite team, responding to incidents and emergencies in allocated zones. This role involves supporting Operations Managers in day-to-day operations, deployment of security personnel, and ensuring client satisfaction across various buildings, shopping centres, offices, clubs, residential premises, schools, and factories in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to any incidents/emergency in allocated zones promptly as part of the Quick Respond Team or Elite team


• Assist Operations Manager in day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to allocated sites, with willingness to stand-in at sites


• Provide support for Operations Managers and Site Security Supervisors, assist in handling complaints or operational issues, and willing to stand-in as Security Officer or SS/SSS if needed and work 12-hour shift


• Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organisation


• Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher courses on bomb threats and customer service, train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients


• Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients' management to ensure customer satisfaction


• Carry out investigation and write reports


• Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on weekly basis


• Attend weekly meetings and contribute towards improving services to clients, submit weekly/monthly report to management


• Any other duties related to the operations of the sites

About you

• Possess PWM Security Supervisor (SS) cert or Senior Security Supervisor (SSS) or Chief Security Officer (CSO). Those without must be prepared to go for courses


• Prefer with experience in Customer Service or uniform group like Police or SAF/SCDF


• Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, a good team player and ability to work very well with clients and security Officers


• Prefer with own bike/transport


• Be prepared to stand by 24hrs and react to any emergency at sites


• Willing and able to stand in as SSS or SS or SSO
