Helinox is seeking a Part-Time Operations Executive in Singapore to support day-to-day e-commerce and operational activities.
You will handle customer service, warranty coordination, fulfilment, inventory and reporting, working with warehouse, courier and ERP systems to ensure timely resolution and smooth operations.

This role is based at our Singapore office on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week. Working days and hours will be agreed based on the Company's operational requirements and the successful candidate's availability.

We are seeking a Part-Time Operations Executive to support our day-to-day e-commerce and operational activities in Singapore.
The role will be responsible for customer service, warranty management, fulfilment coordination and general operational support across our e-commerce channels. The Operations Executive will work closely with warehouse, courier and other external partners to ensure smooth and timely resolution of operational matters.
The role will also support operational reporting, system administration and process improvement activities as required.
Handle customer enquiries relating to products, orders, pricing, availability and delivery through Shopify and Shopee.
Follow up on customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues promptly.
Manage warranty claims, including assessment, repairs, replacements and customer follow-up.
Coordinate overseas warranty cases with relevant suppliers and service providers where required.
Coordinate with warehouse/3PL partners on inventory, fulfilment, stock movements and operational matters.
Monitor online inventory, stock availability and discrepancies, and coordinate stock allocation between e-commerce, wholesale and events.
Follow up on replenishment requests and related stock matters.
Coordinate shipments and work with courier partners to resolve delivery and fulfilment issues.
Assist with warehouse reporting, settlement processes and related operational administration.
Maintain access and administration for relevant operational systems and vendor portals, including Shippit and NetSuite.
Maintain relevant operational records and follow up on outstanding operational matters to ensure timely completion.
Identify operational gaps and support improvements across e-commerce, fulfilment, inventory and customer service processes.
Assist with other operational projects and initiatives as required.
1–3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, customer service, logistics or a related field.
Experience with Shopify, Shopee, 3PL/warehouse operations or logistics would be an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding matters.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Experience with Shippit, NetSuite or other ERP / operational systems would be an advantage.
Good written and spoken English.
Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
