ALL ELITE GUARDING & INVESTIGATIONS PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations and cross-border coordination between Singapore and India.

You will lead hiring, roster planning, licensing renewal, safety enforcement, and performance analytics while coordinating with top management to set goals and ensure compliance. Role requires shift work (6 days/week) and frequent travel to India and China, with a focus on optimizing processes and achieving

• Station in both Singapore & India

• Liaise with company top management to make decisions for operational activities

Responsibilities

• In charge of hiring process
• In charge of daily roster Planning
• In charge of operational related paper work and annual evaluation security agency license renewal
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
• Evaluate overall performance of the company by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
• Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees

• Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth
• Provides advice and guidance to colleagues
• Manages operation team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
• Improves existing systems and policies
• Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace
• Oversees daily security operation functions
• Works closely with other departments
• Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness
• Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
