Job summary

MILLENNIUM INTEGRATED SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations‑focused individual to support cleaning teams across commercial and institutional sites in Singapore.

This hands‑on role involves coordinating people, solving day‑to‑day problems and learning site management, manpower planning, client service and quality control. You'll receive on‑the‑job training and work with the Operations Manager to ensure safety standards, recruit and onboard staff, and track attendance and site

Qualifications

• Nitec, Diploma, or relevant experience in cleaning, facilities, hospitality, security, retail operations or team supervision.
• Frontline staff leadership experience is an advantage; candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable communicating with cleaners, site representatives and internal teams.
• Organised, responsible and able to respond calmly to day‑to‑day operational changes.
• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Willing to travel between assigned sites.
• Class 3 or 3A driving licence is an advantage, but not compulsory unless driving is genuinely essential to the role.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily coordination of cleaning teams at assigned sites.
• Conduct site checks to ensure cleaning standards, safety practices and client requirements are met.
• Assist with manpower deployment, relief arrangements and attendance follow‑up.
• Guide and coach cleaners on work procedures, service standards and safe use of equipment and chemicals.
• Follow up on client feedback and operational issues, escalating matters to the Operations Manager when needed.
• Check that essential cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables are available at sites.
• Prepare simple attendance, deployment and site‑inspection reports.
• Work with HR and operations colleagues on recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Take on additional operations duties as you gain experience and confidence.
