Job summary

SUN CITY MAINTENANCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an on-site Cleaning Operations Supervisor to manage daily cleaning activities for our shopping mall. You will oversee manpower deployment, monitor attendance and performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.

You will build strong relationships with clients, address feedback promptly, inspect sites, control costs, and provide hands-on support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, hospitality or related industries preferred.
• Experience managing cleaners or supervisors is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to handle clients and resolve operational issues.
• Good planning and problem-solving skills.
